Email sent to random users with Agile Affiliate module

Hello,

We are a small company and one of our clients is using Agile Affiliate Module. The problem is that some customers are getting emails about affiliate purchases and points without being related in any way with the customer that has purchased the items. This is a big problem because in the email there is private information that is given to people non related to the original customer.

The shop is running prestashop 1.5.6.1, and i'd like to know if this is a know issue and if there is a way to solve it.

we do not hear similar issue, but we will investigate if this issue exists.
I am not sure what version of the module you are using. are you able to reproduce the issue, if so please provide more detailed information.
And also please make sure you have configure and install the module correctly.

Thanks for using our module.

We have investigated your store based on the email you forwarded, from database, everything seems working fine.
You are using multiple level affiliate (max 5 level, all level have same rate 3%).
The user received credits for 3rd level affiliate referral.
I have sent the detailed information about the related the "credit" email. It is not random.
