Prestashop v1.6 - Agile Multi Seller and Accessory modules

Hi,
I sent support email since last Sunday and have followed up with 3 other emails including using your online contact form but has yet to receive any response or acknowledgment to my mails.

I requested to be sent the upgraded files for the multi seller modules and accessories that I purchased so that I can proceed with upgrading my Prestashop site (to v1.6). I included my order #s and the list of modules I purchased.

I have not been able to launch the site since I purchased your modules because of the many issues and customizations that needed to be done to make it work with my template. You are aware that I have been working with you and reporting bugs that have helped your product get better.

Please I am still waiting so I can get along with launching my store.

Usually we respond within 24 hours and most cases instantly.
please kind tell me what email address you used to contact us so that I can check that for you.
some time email goes to junk/spam folder, it will be delayed.

also sometime we got error email returned because customer email box or mail server issue.

Please double check your spam/junk mail folder to see if out email went into your junk/spam folder.

Thanks. I thought as much...you guys typically are fast with your response and I was getting really worried after more than 5 days without even an acknowledgement of receipt of my email.

Well, since you have my account info and can see my two order #s, can you please send me a link to download the modules that are compatible with Prestashop v1.67. I really need to get my store running. Many thanks
