Also how can we use the pagination in messages, in terms of enabling it ore disabling it and how can we change the number of messages in every page.

all variables available should appears in the theme file already, for any additional variables have to be set in PHP code.

- store URL
- version of the module
- and what you want to do

not sure which page you are referring to, the pagination should appear automatically if there are message can not be displayed in one page.
the page size should the same as product page size.
