Agile Top menu show all Seller's Cat in Home page

Hi,
I'm writing this thread with a hope that somebody else will need similar workflow like mine.
We have multi seller and shop installed to offer sellers the ability to create their own Category + Products + Virtual URL.
The Agile Top Menu will be used to:
1. Show only Seller's category when viewing that seller's products ( Yes, the module does work)
2. But when viewing in Home Page, the module will list all Seller's category, which is not what we want. We would it to show only URL that we have choosen.
i.e:
Seller 1 has Cat 1
Seller 2 has Cat 2
I added: Cat1, Cat 2 and my URL 1, my URL 2 to the module.
When viewing from home page, the module will show: All ==> I don't want to show Cat 1, Cat 2 in Home
When viewing Seller 1, only Cat 1 +URL 1 +URL 2 show ==> that is great
