Troubles with Seller/Vendor Rating Module

Yes I created several new users with seller profile. The multivendor is working. The problem comes with the ratings. I bought one product(his product, not a product from teh general store) from costumer/seller A and tried to rate it with costumer/seller B. Well, seller B is unable to rate the product nonetheless the message "wating for ratings" is showing. When I click in "waiting for ratings" the store doesn't show anything, that's the problem.

Only customers who purchases products from a seller can post a rating on that seller.
The link it is always displayed, but you should see a number with bracket beside this link, indicate how many rating is waiting.

Sorry, I just checked your screen shot images. there seems are 5 ratings are waiting.
it seems not displayed correctly. I guess some error is happening at the page,
can you try to set "_PS_MODE_DEV_" to "true" in file /config/defines.inc.php to see if there is any error occurs at this page.

We need a solution please. We pay this module (agile multipleseller work perfectly) and we need to finish the work for the client.

thanks for using our modules.

But the warning and error message are not from our any of our modules.
it is from other vendor's module "tmbannerblock", you need contact the vendor of this module to resolve this issue.
I am not sure if this affect our module's function.

as for seller rating module, if you have done everything correctly, it should work.
