i want my email templay in spanish language but only send in english as i do it ?

I am not sure what exact problem, do you mean even you translated the template when saved it, and open it again it is not translated? if that is the case, then there might be file permission issues.

If the template is translated correctly in the template, but you still receive in English, then if might be you(or user) are not choose the correct language. Do you also use English language at your store?
