List of sellers missing in products/informations

Dear Support

I have an issue on advise a product to a seller. If I edit a product an then open «informations» tab i see a select-field where all sellers should be listed. but there i see only «0 - Public in store». But i have 2 other sellers active in my store.
How can i fix this to see all my sellers? thank you for any advice.

we do not hear same issue from other customers.
not sure why this issue appears at your store.
try to un-install the multiple seller module and install it again to see if it fixes the problem.
also make sure you have approve the sellers.

also make sure you have not changed the name of profile "agilemultipleseller".

Thanks for your answer. It helped me to find the solution: I had no entry for employees - someone of my testpersons deleted these
Can i manually add these employees again an then match them to customers by selecting the appropriate account in the dropdown on top of the customer-page?

No, I think you will have to delete related customers account and recreate them again.
Otherwise the data will lost integrity.
