What is Agile Multiple seller or Multiple Shop Module?

I recently purchased Multiple Seller Module and then I came across Multiple Shop Module. I am confused. Can I buy both and mix their functionality or they are completely two different products for a different idea.

Yes, agile multiple shop module is an accessory module of agile multiple seller. without multiple seller module, the multiple shop will not work.
with multiple shop module, each seller can have one virtual shop.
