Cannot access site after installing module

Postby hdavy2002_4589 » Thu Jan 22, 2015 10:22 pm

Folks,

take a look at http://shoppersmall.in . I tried to install Multiple Seller module and I got a white page. I then turned on errors in Define.inc.conf and now I see errors related to memory. I have allocated 512 mb of memory on my php.ini and I seem to have run out. I am using PS .1.6.0.11

endless thanks in advance

cheers

it seems you service provider has limited the memory usage of your store.
you need contact your provider support to ask them increase the memory limitation.

I am using a vps with 1 gb ram. I increased to 800 mb, now I get Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 838860800 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 523800 bytes) in /home/hdavy2002/domains/shoppersmall.in/public_html/classes/Configuration.php on line 316

that is weird, usually you should not need so much ram. I guess there might be some data integrity issue of something.

1. are you sure it works without error before install our modules and if you unihstall our module?
2. are you using any other 3rd party modules? you may try to uninstall them to see if the error disappear (to identify the cause)
3. can you check if you define product categories in a way of loop?

I was using using prestashop 1.6.0.9 then I upgraded to PS 1.6.0.11, after that I installed module. I deleted everything and did a freash install of Prestahop 1.6.0.9, then upgraded to 16.0.11.

Then I installed your multiseller mod and now I cannot access front or back office. Could be something wrong with my theme. I am going to do another fresh install without the theme. Lets see if that works.

not sure how you upgraded the store. usually it should be working fine as you as the module was uninstalled and delete correctly.

have you upgrade the module to the latest version? if not, please request an update at [email protected] with following info
- your order #
- store store URL
- current version of your store
