PROBLEM WITH MEMBERSHIP RENEWALS

hello,
I have a problem with subscription renewals.
If a customer already subscriber renews his subscription before it expires (eg. 30/05 expiration renewal made 27/04), in the backoffice of PrestaShop is blank:
the order does not appear in the list of orders
do not update the new purchase and can not see the new subscription and the new expiry date of the special section of the profile of the purchaser and in the backoffice

I became aware of the surcharge due to the notification of paypal.
What's the matter?
What is the right procedure?
How do I manage renewals?

The renewal should be automatically done by Paypal.
Once it is renewed, Paypal will post the new recurring payment info to your store and our module will pickup the payment data and create a new order for each payment.

I am not sure what could be reason why the renewal order is not created.
have you made any changes to your store like upgrade? or changed anything to your store?
And what is the version of the module you are using at your store and what is the version of your PrestaShop?

Hi Kinro,
this happend only for renewals.
Users had received the email alert and have renewed their membership before the before the expiry (the the administrator receive the email confirm order) but the sistem doesn't show this order and their account is offline and membership expired.

I didn't change or update the modules.
My version is: PrestaShop™ 1.5.4.1
modules version:
multiple seller 2.2
multi shop 1.2.0
paypal parallel :1.0.2

I look forward asap becaouse if I try to insert manually the order, the subscription does not update.
