bulk approval product not working for only one on the list

I wonder how to approve one product.

On the page "bulk approval" I have the checkbox for two or more products. But not for one. How can I do it?

You can use mouse to click only one checkbox to choose one instead of using the action button in drop down list.

Also you should be able to approve at product editing page - information tab
you should see a check box "approved" and use this approve.
