you can unhook the "Sell With Us" from HotTab and HomeTanContent section.
back office - Modules - Positions

look for HomeTab and HomeTabContent section, unhook the HOOK from agile multiple seller module,

Please note -
do not unhook any other HOOKs if you do not know what it does, it may causes issues.
