Hi,

My webmaster installed the Agile Multiple Seller addon in Decembre 2016 and since then I was not able to configure the permissions for the front office. Every change I make for my seller permissions work on Back Office but not changes on the front office, could you tell me how to do this please ? (Urgent please)

In the same time, when I connect in the back office as a second seller, I can see the product but it's impossible for this account to see its stats (sells). Do you know which permission has to be checked to allow my second seller account to access to its stats please ?

thanks for using our modules

1. since seller can perform all activity at front seller management panel, usually it is not necessary to let sellers to use back office admin pages. but it is up to you.

2. the permission setting at back office, will not affect seller access at front store. front store permission is included in code.

3. by default, the seller is not able to see the dash board at back office.
we have an accessory module agile dashboard module that will allow seller to access dashboard to see some stats (not all of them).

Hello, I'm trying to figure out if Agile PrestaShop Multiple Seller/Vendor Module is the right module for me to buy.
Basically, what i need is a module that I can use to create a service like shopify. I have a few clients that need an ecommerce solution that they can sell and their products on, and I as the super admin need to be able to manage all the strores.
secondly the clients need to have their own domain for their front end sites. All payments made on their domain needs to go directly to the client, but I also need the ability to create a percentage for every order to split between client and me as the hosting provider.
Finally, the demo I see here did not see the ability to see the super admin could you direct me on how to access that section?

Hi,
I'm using your module, version 3.0.3.1. I noted that if the products are sold by the store owner (with different carriers associated to the products) no email is sent, both to the store owner and to the user. It's a problem related to your module?

We did not hear similar issues from other customers. So I think our module should be working fine.

is there any error message? Maybe we can give you some advises if you can provide error message.
