Seller does not receive the order email alert / Prestashop

Hello everybody,

Since the last module update (v.3.3.2.0) I am having a big issue in my store. When new order is made the seller doesnt receive the "order confirmation email". I really need your help to figure out what is happening. All other emails alerts (Ex: New account, Approved account, etc) work except order confirmation emails. Please Help

thanks for using our modules.
1. first, please make sure the following 2 files exists in all language folders
new_order.html
new_order.txt

/modules/agilemultipleseller/mails/xx
where xx is the language iso code.

2. please make sure the file permission and file ownership are the same a other files in the same folder.

3. ask seller check email box including spam/junk mail folder.

I have both files new_order.html and new_order.txt in modules/agilemultipleseller/mails/en AND modules/agilemultipleseller/mails/fr

Permissions are set to 0644 like all other files in the folders

I do have a seller account i use to make tests but there is no emails coming even in the SPAM box. I received the other alerts, for instance when i create a new seller account (new_selleraccount.html and new_selleraccount.txt are in the same folder with the same permission). I also receive the approved seller account email (app_selleraccount.html app_selleraccount.txt).

BUT when a new order is made the Seller doesnt receive the order confirmation email, but me as the Store owner i receive email saying a new order is made in my Store.

It is ²me again, finally the issue is solved. The problem came from the File Mail.php in myshop/override/classes/ the permission was wrong.

Yes. seller will receive "New Order" email and customer places orders.

I would like to know how can I disable the email alert for sellers please ? (If possible, allow or disallow the email alert depending on the seller would be the best option...)

I hope the your questions has been answered via our support channel. email alert is from mailalert module nor from our modules.
