500 Server Error when accessing the marketplace module

Hi,

I have installed the Agile Kernel and the multiple sellers module but I get a 500 Server Error when I log in from the front end and try to access the
MarketPlace Account
MarketPlace. CLICK HERE FOR SELLER REQUEST

please enable DEV mode and try again to see what is the exact error message displayed.
to enable DEV mode, please set value of _PS_MODE_DEV_ to true in file /config/defines.inc.php

It seems the error not coming from our modules.
The error from line /modules/marketplace/controllers/front/sellerrequest.php

it is not our module. I guess you are using other 3rd party module?
Otherwise, please provide your order reference and contact [email protected]

Hi,

We are not using any separate modules. All I have done so far is instal Prestashop 1.7 and then I installed your Kernel and your multi-vendor marketplace module. There are no other modules installed.

We have created a virtual store with prestashop, for which we needed a module that allowed us access to several vendors, it is there where we acquired the Multiseller, it was installed, but we see that it is generating a conflict with the module of the payment gateway. They could give us indications so that the store can work well, since at the moment of making the payment it does not direct the store to the payment gateway, which makes it impossible at this moment to make a payment. The problem arose from the installation of the Multiseller module

Please kindly check the configuration of your agile multiple seller module.
If you want to use standard PrestaShop payment modules, the multiple seller must be under "Store Collects Payment" mode.

If you want to use other payment collection mode for example seller collects payment, you must use integrated payment modules, for example following modules
- agile paypal parallel
- agile stripe marketplace
