Recommended PrestShop Version

Thanks for choosing Agile.
For customers using our Agile Multiple Seller module and its accessry modules, we highly recommend to use PrestaShop 1.6x or 1.7.5 or lower. PrestaShop has made some changes in versions higher than 1.7.6 that makes it possible or very difficult to implement some of features via hooks, or override, since required hooks or override is not available.

Refund Policy

 
"All Software are downloadable products. Once Licensee has downloaded or used the Software, they are not eligible for a refund unless there are defects found within the software that could not be corrected by Licensor." - from our Terms & Conditions and Software License Agreement.

Based on our Terms & Conditions and Software License Agreement, we do not offer refunds on modules purchased unless the modules do not function as advertised and we are not able to correct the problem within a reasonable time frame.

We guarantee that our products will work as advertised under a clean installation of PrestaShop with the PrestaShop default theme. If the product you purchased does not work as advertised, you must contact us within the required time frame with your order reference number and detailed informaiton of the problem, and we will investigate and fix the problem.

In case we are not able to fix the problem within a reasonable time frame, we can then discuss steps to provide a refund.

Theme Compatibility and Refunds

All our modules are designed to work under standard PrestaShop compatible themes. We only use or inherit global styles defined in PrestaShop theme files for additional GUI elements added though HOOKs or completely new pages from our module. We never modify any CSS file or Javascript file directly that is outside of our modules. We also do not modify any theme(.tpl) files that is outside of our modules unless it is necessary for the module to function.

You can use any custom theme or commercial theme as long as the theme is compatible with the version of your PrestaShop and the theme design follows PrestaShop theme standard requirements.  However, we can not 100% guarantee that all themes being marketed are fully compatible with our modules because there are so many theme vendors providing varying levels of quality in those themes. Some themes override PrestaShop common classes, and may even modify PrestaShop core files.  This could potentially cause a conflict in common classes override.

In the event you find any theme compatibility issues with our modules, please contact us with your order reference number and detailed information of the problem, and we will investigate the problem.  If the issue is related to our module, we will try to help resolve the issue.  In case we are not able to resolve the issue, we will provide up to 80% refund of module purchase price.

Please note - if the problem is caused by conflicts in common class overrides, we may have to discuss the cost of merging override files to resolve the conflicts.  If the problem is completely caused by a theme not following PrestaShop standards, we will not provide any refund.
