Thanks for choosing Agile.
For customers using our Agile Multiple Seller module and its accessry modules, we highly recommend to use PrestaShop 1.6x or 1.7.5 or lower. PrestaShop has made some changes in versions higher than 1.7.6 that makes it possible or very difficult to implement some of features via hooks, or override, since required hooks or override is not available.

Email subject translation

Below instructions is using email templates from Agile Multiple Seller (agilemultipleseller) module as examples.

1. Make a backup of current translation if you have done translation so far.
It may including following folders

YourStoreRoot/modules/agilemultiplleseller/mails

YourStoreRoot/themes/YourThemeFolder/modules/agilemultiplleseller/mails

2. Delete following translated email templates files (override templates) from theme folder
YourStoreRoot/themes/YourThemeFolder/modules/agilemultiplleseller/mails

3. Try to translate email template and subject again at back office - Localization - Translations

Type of translation - Email Templates
Select you theme - Core (no theme selected)
Selected your language - Traditional Chinese

4. Look for the section of the module you want yo translate. In this example, we ate using agilemultipleseller module

5. Choose (click) the template you want to translate. You should be able to see Mail Subject and mail body.

Note:
For mail subject, you can only translate at bacj office.
We do not recommend you use HTML edittor to edit the template unless you are very confident.
You can use any text editor to edit the template body. But please keep the keywords embraced by "{" and "}", for example {email} not toucher.
