Features
Outstanding features:

• Compatible with Google Rich snippets - The module now compatible with microdata data structure and Google Rich snippets,When review information is marked up in the body of a web page, Google(the same to other search engine) can identify it and use it to understand and present the information on your pages. Review information such as ratings and descriptions can help users to better identify pages with good content

• Review voting - User/customers are able to vote on the others' reviews/rating weather if the review is helpful or not.
• Review request (soliciting) email - The module will send email to ask customer to write reviews after specified x days of order received. The number of x days is configurable. You are able to exclude some products such as testing products from review requesting emails.

• Display latest reviews on home page (very good to SEO)
• Configurable the number of reviews display at home page.
• Configurable of waiting time to wait for next post, by seconds.
• Configurable moderate review required or not
• Configurable to send alert email to store owner
• Configurable of allowing guest reviewer or required log in for posting reviews
• Configurable to use Capcha to prevent spam when for guest reviewer
• Configurable to show reviewers name or not
• There are 3 predefined Criterions: Quality, Performance, Value
• Apply criterion to different level: Whole Catalog, Category, Product
• Criterion and product mapping in one step
• Now Customer is able to vote the review by "like" and "dislike", or "helpful", "not helpful". Also have a poll result for each review.(starts from Ver 1.2.1 - 2012.01.22 )
• Automatically send review/rating request to customer X days after customer purchased your product. the X days is configurable and mail is in template. (since 2012.0.28)
• Review Voting is changed to be configurable so that store owner can decided to use this feature or not.
• Show all reviews instead of show the reviews in visitors' language.
• You can easily turn off/on of the setup guide at module configuration screen to save your screen space for useful information.

Usability

• Language sensitive - display reviews in user's language only by default,one click to include other languages.
• Pagination of reviews list in product detailed page
• Most validation is performed before post, so that user does not have to back and forth.
• Duplication post is checked to avoid misuse or mistakes
• Product average rating will be automatically displayed on following pages

• One click batch validation of customer reviews
