This Agile Product Reviews module is a PrestaShop module that allows your customers to leave reviews and/or comments, and rate your products. Automatically send product review requests by email to customers who purchased your products. This module is compatible with Google Review Snippets with micro-data structure.

Features
- Compatible with Google Rich Snippets - This module is now compatible with the microdata data structure and Google Rich snippets. When review information is marked up in the body of a web page, Google (as well as other search engines) can identify it and use it to understand and present the information on your pages. Review information such as ratings and descriptions can help users to better identify pages with good content
- Review Voting - Users/customers are able to vote on another user's reviews and ratings as to whether the review was helpful or not.
- Review request (soliciting) email - The module can send an email to a customer asking them to write reviews of products they've purchased after specified period of days from the time the order was received. The number of days before an email is sent is configurable. You are also able to exclude products from review requesting emails.
- Respond to customer review - Store owner is able to respond to customer reviews, and the response message will be displayed under the customer review message. This is an excellent feature, allowing store owners to respond to unfair reviews from a customer who may not have a valid complaint.
Configuration Options Available:
- Display latest reviews on home page (very helpful for SEO).
- Configure the number of reviews displayed on the home page.
- Configure the amount of time the user must wait to place another review. Option set in seconds.
- Set whether review moderation is required. Allows store owner to approve or not approve a review.
- Option to send alert email notification to store owner of new review.
- Option to allow guest reviews or require log in for posting reviews.
- Option to use Capcha to prevent spam when allowing guest reviews.
- Option to show or not show reviewer's name.
- There are 3 predefined review Criterions: Quality - Performance - Value
- Store ownder may apply criterion to different levels, e.g. Whole Catalog, Category, Product.
- Criterion and product mapping can be set in one step.
- Customer is able to vote on the review of another user by choosing between "Like" and "Dislike", or "Helpful" and "Not Helpful". You may also have a poll result for each review.
- Automatically send review/rating requests to customers a configurable number of days after customer purchased your product. The emails are based on templates.
- Review Voting is configurable so that the store owner can decide whether to use this feature or not.
- You have the option so show all reviews, or just show the reviews in the visitors' language.
- You can easily turn off the setup guide on the module configuration screen to save your screen space for useful information. You may also turn it back on.
- Option to use Capcha even when user is logged in.
Usability
- Language sensitive - display reviews in user's language only by default, or one click to include all reviews in all languages.
- Pagination of reviews list in product detailed page.
- Most validation is performed before the review is posted, so the user does not have to reenter information after data entry errors.
- Duplication of post is checked to avoid misuse or mistakes.
- Product average rating will be automatically displayed on following pages:
Home featured product list
Category product list
Search result product list
Manufacturer product list
- One click batch validation/approval of customer reviews.
- Admin is able to approve, delete, and edit all reviews when necessary.
Note:
This module does not support the PrestaShop mobile site theme. This does not mean mobile devices cannot use your Perstashop site, however. Nowadays, mobile devices and smart phones are able to access and use almost all normal websites, so it may be not necessary for you to create a special site for mobile devices.
This module is not fully compatible with PrestaShop multistore environment, but it works with Agile Multiple seller/vendor environment.
